There are very nominal charges to the seller to sell items on HiBidder.com depending on the auction enhancements chosen. These enhancements include featuring an auction on the home page, auction title in bold font, Highlighting the auction and showcasing the auction in specific related categories. There are no other fees associated with HiBidder.com. We do not charge a fee to list your items for sale. Buyers can search HiBidder.com for items they wish to bid on and ultimately purchase. Buyers do not pay HiBidder.com a fee for any purchase, bid or service. Upon a successful conclusion, the highest bidder wins and it's then up to the Seller and Buyer to contact each other, with information automatically provided by HiBidder.com, and make arrangements for payment and delivery.
Usually upon the completion of every successful transaction the Seller and Buyer may post feedback for one another to stating how the transaction went. Over time, this feedback will give others a general idea as to the honesty and integrity of the Buyer and Seller.

A Valid Email Address
Every member that registers must have a valid email address. After a new member
registers, a link is sent to their email address which they must click to
activate their Membership.
I.P. Address Verification
HiBidder.com does extensive I.P. Address fraud checks on sign up. All users can
be tracked back to their origin of sign up via their I.P. address.
Submitted Details Verification
If the user details are suspicious we remove their right to buy or sell on HiBidder.com
immediately and ask the newly signed up Member to correct their details. If
they re-submit their details and we are the least suspicious the re-submitted
details are once again incorrect we give a final warning asking if we may call
via phone to verify their membership or make a small credit card verification
payment. If the Member does not reply they will be unable to buy or sell. In addition, each new member receives a phone call from a live staff member of HiBidder.com to verify his or her account.
ISP Email Verification
Members can gain verification points from having an internet service provider
email (an email other than a free email service provider such as hotmail.com,
yahoo.com.)
Paypal, Paymate or similar trusted Payment Methods
If a HiBidder.com Member offers Paypal,
Paymate or the like as
a payment method, the user can be considered verified to the point that they
can be tracked and money can be claimed back if there is an issue after
purchase. Any seller that accepts Paypal, Paymate
or similar should be considered as verified because to register with these two
services you need to verify your Membership using a valid easily traceable bank
account. If a seller only provides buyers with Western Union or any other such
non-refundable payment method, be wary about buying from these sellers as there
is absolutely no buyer protection with such payments.

Feedback System HiBidder.com has a feedback
system where users can leave feedback from past buys or sales. The feedback
system is a great way to gain trust from the experience of other members of
HiBidder.com.
HiBidder.com Member Activity HiBidder.com monitors user activity, if any suspicious activity is noticed HiBidder.com
restricts or cancels accounts where it is deemed fit.
HiBidder.com Community Watch HiBidder.com has a link on every item listing where the item can be

password via email and other methods. HiBidder.com protects Members by telling
them never to give their Passwords to anyone via email or by a web site posing
to be HiBidder.com. Always check the address bar of your browser for the url
http://www.HiBidder.com.com. If you are directed to another page via an email
acting as HiBidder.com and the url is not http://www.HiBidder.com or
https://www.HiBidder.com then you are on a spoof web site which will try
and steal your login and password. Immediately report it to us via the contact
form so that we may warn all Members.

In order to buy or sell items on HiBidder.com you must become a registered member. Registration, whether as a buyer or a seller is free.
To register go to the HiBidder.com registration page, where you are required to provide your details and setup an account. Your contact details are supplied to your buyers and sellers after an auction ends, so make sure they are correct.
Your "Username" must be unique and will be your identification on HiBidder.com. You will need your "Username" to login and access your member vault, and to list and bid on auctions.
Once you have completed the registration, an email will be sent to the email address you supplied during the registration process. In addition, a staff member of HiBidder.com will place a phone call to you in order to verify certain registration information. Once your account has been verified, you may login to your HiBidder account immediately.
It may take up to 1 hour to receive your activation phone call and this is done between the hours of 9am and 9pm eastern time - 7 days a week.

Sellers found to be bidding on their own auctions will receive an official warning which will lead to their p ermanent removal from the HiBidder.com website. Members may wish to have more than one account for a number of reasons. For example they may wish to separate different parts of their HiBidder.com business. One account for buying and one for selling. Maybe an account for business use and one for private use etc. Please note: Each HiBidder.com account must have a unique email address. Multiple accounts cannot be opened under the same email address.
Registration age limit
In accordance with standard law those under 18 may not participate in HiBidder.com auctions as they are legally binding contracts.
HiBidder.com is an auction venue only Although HiBidder.com is referred to as an online auction site, it is important to realize that HiBidder.com is only a venue for you and other members to buy and sell in an auction-style setting. HiBidder.com is not involved in the actual transaction, and never sees the buyer, seller, or the items being listed for sale.
Permitted countries
At this time, registration is available to a limited number of countries. However some users might not want to send to or buy something from another country. All listings on HiBidder.com are by individuals, and they have the right to accept or reject a foreign bid. Whether they will or not is generally shown within the auction listing. Don't be discouraged, many users will just charge extra for shipping. You can also email the seller before you bid (you must be logged into your HiBidder account), to see if user is willing to ship to your location and if they accept an international payment.
Security and privacy of your information
We value our own privacy and yours, and we do not abuse your information. Specifically:
We will disclose your contact information to other HiBidder.com members that you have had dealings with or who have reason to contact you only when it is necessary to transact business.
We will disclose your contact information to other members who have a reason to contact you. If for example, a transaction has taken place between both parties.
We will use your contact information to send you notifications that you request, newsletters, and occasional announcements.
We will not sell or give your name to other organizations for them to contact you.
