WHEAT CENT ROLLS NICE MIX
Did you know that 1958 was the last year they were minted? They were minted from 1909 to 1958...here is your opportunity to own some 70 to 100 year old coins for a very reasonable price.
Keep in mind that Memorial cent production ceases in 2008 which means that Wheat cents will become much rarer and even more collectible, as a result. And if the Mint decides to stop producing the penny altogether due to the high cost to produce it--an idea that Congress is considering, who can predict where the prices will go.
With all that in mind, what do you have to lose. We buy coins in bulk groups from different estates, individuals, garage sales, and collections. I do not hold anything back since I do not spend time selling cents individually!
THESE ROLLS ALL HAVE COINS OF VARYING DATES
ROLLS WITH (P),(S) AND (D) MINT MARKS. SOME YEARS: 1916, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, ALL THE 40"S AND 1950-58
I do make sure you get a roll with a good mix of dates and mint marks. What I usually do is separate the coins by 10"s, 20"s, 30"s, 40"s, and 50"s. That is done to insure each roll has a good mix of years.
The wheat cents range from G-4 good, VG-8 very good, F-12 fine, VF-20 very fine, EF-40 extremely fine, and some AU-50 with full wheat stalks and discernible cheekbone and jawbone.
I DO KNOW THAT MOST OF THE APPROXIMATELY 4,000 WHEAT CENTS I GLANCED THRU HAD READABLE DATES AND LETTERING AND THE WHEAT BACKS WERE VERY DISCERNIBLE.
These rolls will supply many hours of fun treasure hunting looking for better dates, errors and varieties. There"s no better bonding experience than sorting through coins with your kids and building a collection together! These coins offer a great way to start that experience and are affordable too.
*NO GUARANTEE OF WHAT YOU MAY FIND. ROLLS COULD INCLUDE COINS THAT MAY BE SPOTTED, TARNISNHED OR TONED, WORN, THEREFORE ROLLS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
