Santa is dressed in his traditional red two-piece suit trimmed in white, red hat with white, black belt with gold buckle, black boots and green mittins. Santa is holding a large wreath with a red banner across the top that says "Welcome" and in the center is a hour glass with white sand and set in a wooden holder, that has 2000 on it. { If you do not what the 2000 showing you could probably turn the hour glass around. } There is a blue door, a gold circular ring for the wreath, and a gold door knob. The door sits in a slat on a gray granite like base, which makes it look like a entrance.
