Minted from 1866 to 1907, these classic U.S. gold eagles are one of the very best gold portfolio builders available. They feature the world famous portrait of Miss Liberty on the obverse, and the classic American Eagle on the reverse. These are beautiful, heirloom-quality works of art that you will be proud to add to your portfolio.
A workhorse coin of commerce, $10 Liberty eagles were so heavily circulated that very few have survived in Mint State condition. Out of the millions originally minted, only about 31,000 specimens exist today in choice uncirculated, investment-quality Mint State 63, all dates combined. True scarcity like this means huge upside potential during periods of high collector demand.
