Shipping is not refundable!

We use USPS for our shipping. Most everything is sent with confirmation for tracking purposes. However confirmation requires the package to be 3/4 inch thick and thin items are sent through standard first class shipping. Any package that is 10 lbs and over may be switched to UPS depending on destination. Insurance is not offered, but will be applied if you include the USPS insurance charge in your payment. All items will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. Shipping is processed on Monday evenings and Thursday evenings!
