After Item is shipping you will received from postal service a confirmation. Seller is not responsible for lost item unless you received item broken in pieces and you need evidence from postal service stamp by them you have 24 hrs to notify the seller after that time no claim accepted. Seller is not responsible after item is shipped. Item is verified by postal service employed before seal and shipped to guarantee the condition of the item.
