The newcomer must not only prove himself to be a skilled fire fighter, but sharp-witted enough to influence the prejudicial notions of his co-workers.

BLACK COBRA, a fashion photographer (Eva Grimaldi) accidentally captures a murder suspect on film. She becomes the target of the suspect's gang, the Black Cobras. Hardened crime fighter (Fred Williamson) takes on the murderous gang while grappling with his conflicted feelings about the intended victim.
