This item is a WALT DISNEY'S WORLD ON ICE - BEAUTY AND THE BEAST FLASH LIGHT! It measures approximately 13" long and has Beauty and the Beast Dancing on the top. It was manufactured in 1992 and has the original tag. I am selling this item AS IS simply because I do not believe it is in working order! In spite of that I would consider it to be an acceptable addition to any DISNEY or BEAUTY & THE BEAST Collection! It has been carefully stored in an archival box, and comes from a non-smoking environment. It will be carefully packaged when shipped!
