The area just beneath the rim is hand painted in blue. The Oriental Geisha decoration design appears to be a decal that goes around the entire vase.
The scene shows two Geisha in traditional dress, one in red and one in pink in an open country setting.
There are some small bumps and the “seam” is flattened on both sides.
On the bottom are the words “MADE IN JAPAN” in orange.
